I mixed water and flour together in a little pot
Ive been mixing ever since.
Using local whole grain flours and my own wild yeast sourdough,
I bake breads that have been mixed and shaped entirely by hand.
Local bread deliveries available Monday and Friday mornings
to get on the list.
